1 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "Member") and HD777 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing the HD777 website at hd777.click, registering an account, or using any service offered by the platform, you confirm that you have read and fully understood these Terms and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use HD777's services. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.
Plain Language Summary: By signing up and playing on HD777, you are agreeing to follow all the rules on this page. Please read them properly before you register — ignorance of a rule is not a valid reason for disputing a decision made under it.

2 Eligibility & Registration Requirements
To register and maintain an active account on HD777, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:

- You must be registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person or third party.

Identity Verification: HD777 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a copy of a valid national ID card (CNIC), passport, or proof of address. Withdrawal requests may be held pending successful completion of verification. This is a standard Know Your Customer (KYC) requirement and is not a penalty — it protects both the platform and its members from fraud and unauthorised account access.
If you become aware that someone under the age of 18 has accessed or used your HD777 account, you must notify support immediately at support@hd777.click. HD777 takes underage gambling prevention very seriously and will take appropriate action in any such case.
3 Account Management & Security
Each registered Member is responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their HD777 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any security information with any other person. HD777 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.
In the event that you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify HD777 support immediately. We will take prompt action to investigate and secure the account. HD777 will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
- Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your HD777 account to any other person.
- HD777 reserves the right to close or restrict any account at any time if it is determined that the account is being operated by or on behalf of a person other than the registered holder.
- If you wish to close your account permanently, contact support. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed normally. Bonus balances that have not completed their wagering requirement will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
- Inactive accounts (no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to an inactivity fee of Rs 500 per month after a 30-day notice period. HD777 will notify you via your registered email before any fee is applied.
4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy
All transactions on HD777 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform accepts the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. No foreign currency deposits are accepted directly.
Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed instantly in most cases. IBFT bank transfers may take up to 2 business hours to reflect. HD777 does not charge any fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.
Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash wallets are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes of approval. IBFT transfers to bank accounts are processed within 1 to 4 business hours. Visa/Mastercard withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days depending on your bank.
Important: Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit of equivalent or greater value. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect both the platform and its members. If your preferred withdrawal method changes, contact support before submitting a request.
HD777 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including proof of identity and proof of payment method ownership. This is not unusual — it is standard practice for all licensed gaming platforms globally. Requests for documentation will not delay your withdrawal unnecessarily; most verifications are completed within a few hours.
Any withdrawal request made from an account with an active, unfulfilled wagering requirement on a bonus will be held until the wagering is cleared. If you request a withdrawal before clearing wagering, you may forfeit the bonus balance and any winnings generated from it. Your real-money deposit balance is always available for withdrawal at any time.
5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements
HD777 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to members, including the Welcome Bonus, Weekly Reload Bonus, Daily Free Spins, Weekly Cashback, Referral Bonus, and Birthday Bonus. Each promotion has its own specific terms in addition to the general bonus rules set out here.
General Bonus Rules:
- Bonuses are credited to your bonus balance, not your real-money balance. Bonus funds become withdrawable only after the stated wagering requirement has been completed.
- Wagering requirements are calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x means you must wager a total of 20 times the bonus amount across eligible games).
- Bets placed using bonus funds count toward wagering at the rate specified for each game category. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate. Check the individual promotion page for category-specific contribution rates.
- Bonuses expire if not used or if wagering is not completed within the stated validity period (typically 7 to 30 days depending on the promotion).
- HD777 reserves the right to cancel any bonus, including bonuses already credited, if it determines that the bonus was claimed by exploiting a technical error, abusing a promotional loophole, or through any form of coordinated or syndicated play.
- A player may only hold one active deposit-match bonus at a time. Free spins and cashback bonuses may run concurrently with a deposit bonus.
- Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
Wagering Calculation Example: If you receive a Rs 5,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement, you need to place a total of Rs 100,000 in bets across eligible games. You do not need to win Rs 100,000 — only bet that amount in total. Any real winnings generated during wagering that exceed the bonus amount may be withdrawn once wagering is complete.
6 Betting & Gaming Rules
By placing a bet or starting a game session on HD777, you accept that the outcome is subject to chance and that HD777 makes no guarantees of any particular result. The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the platform.
Bet Acceptance: HD777 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion. Bets may be voided if they were placed after an event result was determined (regardless of whether that result was publicly available at the time of placement), if a technical error affected the odds displayed, or if the bet was placed in violation of any applicable rule.
In-Play Betting: In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to the live odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation. HD777 uses technology to prevent late in-play bets but cannot guarantee zero latency. If a bet is confirmed after the triggering event (e.g., a goal or wicket that had already occurred), it will be voided and the stake returned.
- The minimum single bet stake across all sports and casino products is Rs 20.
- Maximum bet limits vary by sport, market, and account tier. HD777 reserves the right to apply individual betting limits to accounts at any time.
- Accumulator (parlay) bets with more than one selection must have all selections settled for the accumulator to be valid. Any voided selection in an accumulator is treated as a non-runner and the accumulator is recalculated without it.
- Casino game results — including slots, virtual sports, and RNG card games — are determined by certified Random Number Generation. Results are final once the round is complete and cannot be reversed.
- In the event of a technical fault during a casino game session (e.g., disconnection), HD777 will resolve the round based on the game provider's server log. If the game cannot be resolved, the stake will be returned to the player's account.
7 Prohibited Activities & Fair Use
The following activities are strictly prohibited on HD777. Any account found to be engaged in prohibited activities may be suspended immediately, with all balances (including pending withdrawals) held pending investigation. Confirmed violations will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.
- Multi-accounting: Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one HD777 account, whether directly or through a third party.
- Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through coordinated low-risk play (e.g., placing opposing bets to guarantee wagering completion without genuine risk), using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion multiple times, or any other strategy designed to extract value from bonuses without genuine gambling intent.
- Match fixing and information abuse: Placing bets using material non-public information about the outcome of any event, or betting on events that you have any ability to influence.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider after funds have been used for gaming. This constitutes fraud and will result in permanent account suspension and recovery action.
- Automated play: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to interact with the HD777 platform, place bets, or complete wagering requirements.
- Account sharing: Allowing any other person to access or operate your HD777 account, even temporarily.
Fraud Prevention: HD777 employs active fraud detection systems that flag unusual betting patterns, IP anomalies, and payment irregularities in real time. Accounts flagged for review may have withdrawals temporarily held while the investigation is completed. HD777 will notify affected players and aims to resolve all investigations within 72 hours.
8 Privacy & Data Protection
HD777 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.
HD777 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with payment processors required to complete your transactions, identity verification partners required to fulfil KYC obligations, and regulatory authorities where legally required.
All data transmitted between your device and the HD777 platform is encrypted using SSL technology. You have the right to request a copy of all data held about you by contacting support@hd777.click. HD777 will respond to data access requests within 30 days.
9 Responsible Gaming
HD777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to members seriously. The platform provides the following tools to every member through the account settings dashboard:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, limits take effect immediately. Increases to limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling period.
- Session Time Reminders: Set alerts to remind you of how long you have been playing in a single session.
- Temporary Cooling-Off Period: Take a break of 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, your account is suspended and no bets or deposits can be made.

10 Limitation of Liability & Dispute Resolution

The platform will not be liable for losses arising from technical faults, server downtime, third-party provider failures, or events beyond its reasonable control, provided that any bets or games affected by such events are handled fairly according to the rules set out in Section 6.
Dispute Process: If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly or that your account has been handled unfairly, you should contact HD777 support within 30 days of the event in question. Disputes raised more than 30 days after the relevant event may not be accepted. Support will investigate and respond within 72 hours. Please Note: HD777's liability in any dispute is limited to the value of the bet or transaction directly involved. The platform will not be liable for any consequential, indirect, or incidental losses beyond this amount.
11 Amendments to These Terms
HD777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered members will be notified via their registered email address at least 14 days before the changes take effect, where possible.
Minor amendments — such as clarifications of existing rules, corrections of typographical errors, or updates to contact information — may be made without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.
Your continued use of HD777 following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with an amendment, you have the right to close your account and withdraw your available real-money balance before the changes take effect.
